Tango Lab Co-Op Practica

This is an open floor space for all the tango community to come and practice tango. All levels and styles are welcomed, as well as all other tango instructors and their students. It is a fun and relaxed space, water and sweet treats provided. Visit the FACEBOOK page and join the group to connect with other dancers, participate in discussions, or view videos on tips and more. We only ask that you follow these simple rules:

  1.   Be considerate and kind to other dancers on the dance floor

  2.    If you are practicing alone, use the area assigned for SOLO practice

  3.    If you stop to discuss a movement or give feedback, please move into the middle of the dance floor. We need to keep outer lane open for line of dance flow.

  4.    If you are trying to help someone learn a step or sequence move to the solo area.

Special Events and pre-practica classes

We hold a community potluck twice a year and occasionally will have special events like inviting local instructors or students to perform. We also will occasionally offer a FREE class (given by volunteers) or low cost paid class given by out-of-town professionals visiting San Diego.  All announcements are made through FACEBOOK.
